Do you prefer child-proof or easy-open caps? Indicate your preference by selecting "Yes" or "No" for the easy-open caps option in the Miscellaneous section. Once you've completed all sections of your Confidential Health History, click Continue.

Sign in here to keep your records current with Update Health Information. If you have completed your full online pharmacy registration, you will be able to update your health information right away.

If you have registered on Walgreens.com but have not completed your online pharmacy registration, sign in to your Walgreens.com account and follow the instructions in red.
